Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, please contact us via our contact form. Your feedback is essential for helping us improve our offerings

Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the price of our spa services. We recommend a gratuity of at least 20% to recognize the dedication of our staff.

Punctuality

Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you arrive late, your treatment will end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for subsequent guests.
  • The full amount of the service will still be charged, regardless of the shortened duration.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. Our goal is to maintain a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for all guests.

Returns

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Refunds will be issued exclusively as a spa gift card.

Pricing

Prices and services are subject to change at any time. We encourage you to stay updated on our latest offerings.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available starting at a minimum value of 50 CHF (online shop offers may vary). They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used for gratuities. Promotional or discounted gift cards are not valid for spa packages.

Wellness Menu

Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to add our wellness menu, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements. This ensures our offerings meet your needs.

Payment and Deposit

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Stripe. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to confirm all bookings.

Cancellation Deadlines

For individuals, spa packages or multiple treatments must be canceled at least 2 hours in advance.

For groups of two or more, single treatments, multiple treatments, or packages must also be canceled at least 2 hours in advance.

Important Notes

Cancellations made up to 1 hour before the appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment price.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the full amount being charged to your credit card.

Same-day appointments are charged in full regardless of attendance.
