General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The customer (“Customer”) acknowledges that rights and obligations arising from the booking of services and/or the use of other services offered arise exclusively between Compasswell GmbH (“Provider”) and the Customer. These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) form the basis for the use of the provider’s website as well as the booking and payment of the services offered. by clicking on the checkbox: “I have read and accept the GTC”, the customer declares to recognize and comply with the GTC.
Regulations of the provider, validity and return of bookings
The provider’s regulations (safety requirements, age restrictions, other access or usage restrictions, etc.) must be complied with. Any misuse of the booked services is prohibited. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the booking confirmation is protected against misuse (e.g. unlawful copying or forwarding) and that bookings cannot be returned or exchanged. If services are postponed, the bookings remain valid for the new date. If a service is canceled, the customer’s right to a refund is governed by the provider’s terms and conditions.
Personal data
The customer agrees that the provider and its partners may obtain knowledge of personal data in connection with the provision and maintenance of the system and the provision of services. This personal data is used in the context of booking and payment as well as the provision of services, and the provider may use the personal data for its own purposes in compliance with all legal provisions. The data will only be passed on to third parties with the express consent of the customer.
Exclusion of liability
The provider is not liable for damage caused by the use of the website due to malfunctions, interruptions or overloads of the IT system on the part of the provider, its partners or the customer. The provider accepts no liability for unauthorized use and illegal interventions in the system.
Final provisions
The provider reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time without giving reasons. Such changes shall not apply to bookings already made. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
